3. Handmade Nature & Product Descriptions

    • Unique Variations: You acknowledge that our products are handmade. Minor variations in colour, texture, shape, and size are inherent to the craft process and are not considered defects.

    • Accuracy: We strive to display product colours and details accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be perfectly accurate.

4. Pricing and Payment

    • Currency: All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

    • GST: Prices are inclusive of GST 

    • Payment: Orders must be paid in full via our secure checkout (PayPal) before items are dispatched or custom work begins.

5. Shipping and Delivery

    • Processing Time: Handmade items are typically dispatched within 5 business days.

    • Delivery: We primarily use Australia Post. Once an item is dispatched, delivery times are subject to the carrier.

    • Risk of Loss: Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, and original craft designs, is the property of I Make Things in Moreton Bay and/or individual store vendors. You may not reproduce, copy, or sell any part of our designs or website content without express written permission.

7. Custom Orders (Commissions)

    • Approval: For custom-made items, store vendors may require a non-refundable deposit to cover material costs.

    • Finality: Custom items are created to your specifications and cannot be returned for “change of mind.”

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I Make Things in Moreton Bay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Liability is limited to replacing the product or reimbursing the cost of the product purchased, and is passed on to individual store vendors.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
