Because individual local makers handcraft our products, shipping details may vary slightly between items. Below is everything you need to know about how our handmade goods are shipped from our stores to your door.

2. Where We Ship

We currently ship to all states and territories across Australia, including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. At this stage, we do not offer international shipping.

3. Processing Times

Each item is made with care, and some are made-to-order.

  • Ready-to-ship items: Usually dispatched within 3–5 business days.

  • Custom/Made-to-order items: Please check the individual product description for specific lead times.

Note: If you purchase items from multiple vendors in one transaction, your goods may arrive in separate packages at different times.

 

4. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Items are normally shipped using Australia Post and select Couriers to ensure your treasures arrive safely. Check the product listing details for exceptions.

5. Local Pickup

Some of our makers offer free local pickup. If an item is eligible, you will see a “Local Pickup” option at checkout. After your purchase, the vendor will contact you directly to arrange a safe time and location for collection.

 

6. Frequently Asked Questions

  • I ordered from two different shops. Why was I charged twice for shipping? Because our marketplace consists of independent makers shipping from their own studios, shipping costs are calculated per vendor to cover their individual postage and packaging expenses.
  • What if my item arrives damaged? Our makers take great care in packaging their handmade items, but accidents happen. Please take a photo of the damaged item and packaging and contact the store you purchased from directly within 48 hours of delivery.
